At Juice, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tech; if your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Juice account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
